Best for: to help be a DIY psychologist for someone you love ask "what are you thinking?" instead of "are you okay?"
BATB lingering learnings: 'Anhedonia' is when we stop taking pleasure in the things that we used to enjoy or when we start to question whether anything is worth the effort. And 'Metacognition' is a fancy name for thoughts about your thoughts.
